Overlooking the calm Caribbean sea on Barbados' West Coast, this is outdoor dining at its best. The elegant Coral Reef restaurant features daily changing a la carte menus, offering choices of fresh seafood and dishes combining classical cuisine with Caribbean ingredients and flavours.
The A' La Carte menu changes every evening except Monday nights when there is a sumptuous West Indian/International Buffet and Thursday nights when there is a full choice Barbeque.

Choose between two large swimming pools. Plantation Suites and Luxury Cottage/Suites have their own private plunge pools.

Pathways wind throughout our lush tropical gardens, between soaring palms, grand Mahogany, Flamboyant and Pride of India trees and fragrant Frangipani and Ylang Ylang trees. Cottages and rooms are set amid blazing Bougainvillea, colourful Crotons and a myriad of other flowering plants and shrubs. It is nature's perfect playground for humming birds, little black and yellow sugar birds and even the occasional monkeys. Meander through these delightful gardens right to the sea where you can pass the day in the balmy shade of the Casuarina trees. Garden tours are offered on Wednesday afternoons.

Coral Reef Club offers a wide range of watersports activities suitable for the entire family. The crystalline waters and sandy beach are the perfect setting for a wonderful day. Guests can enjoy complimentary non-motorised watersports such as Hobie Cat and Laser sailing, Kayaking, Paddle Boarding and Snorkelling. We also offer subsidised speedboat activities including waterskiing, wakeboarding and inflatable doughnut riding. For keen divers there are shipwrecks scattered up and down the West Coast, and the bioluminescent water makes for the perfect night dive. Those interested in turtles and conservation can participate in the highly respected Barbados Sea Turtle Project, right next door to the hotel. Non divers are welcome to join in too. We are fortunate to have beautiful reefs filled with an array of coral growth and colourful tropical fish lying just beneath our clear Caribbean waters. Our scuba diving school, located on property, offers full Naui and PADI certifications. Deep sea fishing can also be arranged.

Royal Westmoreland boasts a par 72, 7045 yard championship course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jnr. Set in a lush tropical landscape and calling for every club in your bag, it's consistently rated as one of the top courses in the Caribbean. Your Royal Westmoreland golf experience is enhanced by a pro shop, driving range, practice greens, clubhouse, short game academy, club hire, shoe hire and changing rooms. The tricky greens, ocean views from every hole, inviting halfway house and an amusing audience of resident monkeys place this course among the world's best.

Sandy Lane is a luxury golf resort in the Caribbean that offers some of the best golf in the world, with three golf courses, The Old Nine, The Country Club and the world-renowned Green Monkey: a Tom Fazio creation carved from an old stone quarry. The expansive 450-yard Driving Range is located at The Country Club course. The two-sided North and South tees offer golfers the exciting challenge of practicing hitting against the trade winds. Wherever you play, you will be enchanted by the spectacular natural beauty of the terrain and the stunning views of Barbados' platinum coastline.

There is live entertainment every evening during the winter and five evenings per week during the summer. Calypso, steel band, jazz, piano, reggae etc. Monday nights there is a weekly cocktail party hosted at the O'Hara family home.

The Gym is equipped with Life Fitness machines: elliptical trainers, cross trainers, tread mills, leg extension, chest press, stair master, upright bike, recumbent bike, abdominal crunch bench, ab and back trainer, dual adjustable pulley, benches and free weights.

We have two tennis courts which are lit for night play and we offer complimentary tennis coaching with our resident pro from 4.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. daily (except Sundays). Adults and children are welcome.

The Coral Reef Barbados Spa is housed within a beautiful colonial inspired building with clean, modern lines, set within a tropical garden paradise. Exotic vegetation and waterfalls weave throughout the spa, from the four multipurpose treatment rooms, each with its own private foot ritual patio and garden, to the Outdoor Pavilion for couples.
